Cancellation Policy (for guests that have booked direct)
We believe travel should be stress-free from the moment you book. That is why we offer one of the most guest-friendly cancellation policies available, so you can plan with confidence.
Standard Flexible Rate Reservations
Guests may cancel or modify a reservation at no charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled check-in date, based on the local time of the property. If you need to cancel within 24 hours of arrival, a fee equal to one night’s room rate plus applicable taxes will apply.

Special Packages and Add-Ons
Some packages that include third-party services such as tours, or event tickets may carry separate cancellation terms. These will be clearly communicated at the time of booking and reflected in your confirmation email.
No-Show Policy
We hold reservations until 3:00 PM local time on the day of arrival. Guests who do not check in by this time and have not contacted the hotel will be marked as a no-show and charged one night’s room rate. The remainder of the reservation will be released.
